Girls flat!
I had a last minute drop out and I have a spare room in a 3 bedroom flat in Clapham Junction from 3rd of May!
We’re a chilled household, we like to keep to ourselves and mostly enjoy our own space in our rooms but are very friendly.
We’re looking for someone clean, respectful, and easy-going to take over the room.
Rent is £785 and bills come to around £100–120 a month - water, council tax, and internet are fixed, while gas and electricity vary as they’re on a meter.
The flat’s in a really good location, close to Clapham Junction station, and the room is cozy and comfortable. The room comes furnished with a built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair, bookshelf, and bed.
