Lovely, Sunny Room in Heart of Battersea

I am moving out of my wonderful room this June and looking for someone to join this lovely girls home. It’s a really welcoming space in an unbeatable location!

The Flat🏡: incredibly bright and spacious, with a really open feel. Bedroom gets plenty of natural light, living room and kitchen are great sizes with a table and additional desk downstairs for wfh girlies, so it never feels cramped. The real star of the show has to be our garden!
The flat has a shared bathroom, but we all take pride in making sure it stays clean for everyone! We communicate for morning rushes and we’ve never had an issue.

* £950 for rent excluding bills
* £1,700 deposit
* bills fluctuate but around £95 monthly (wifi, council, energy & water)

The Park 🌳: just a 2-minute stroll from gorgeous Battersea Park, perfect for weekend walks or a morning run.
*The Local 🍻: The Prince Albert pub is right around the corner for a cheeky Friday/weekend drink or pub quiz (which we love!!).
The Bakery 🥐: our local Parker cafe which is literally a 1 minute walk to the flat has the most delicious sweet and savoury treats

Clapham Junction: 20 minute walk or a 10 minute bus
Buses that take you straight into central London
Tube: Sloane Square/South Kensington accessible across the river by a bus or walk. Battersea Power Station as well is a 25 minute walk through the gorgeous park if needed, or a shorter bus ride!

Groceries🛒:
For daily bits, Tesco and Co-op are only 2-5 minutes walk away.
For a bigger shop, Lidl and Asda are a quick 10-minute bus ride or a 20-minute walk.

The Housemates
You’ll be sharing with two lovely gals: Yas (28) works in Marketing and Corrine (30) works as a neonatal Nurse. Our home has a vibe of being warm & social. We love doing things together - gym classes, movie nights, gigs, pub visits, picnics and manyyyy hot girl walks in Battersea. Equally respect our own time and a quiet respectful home during the week when we’re working! Cleanliness is important to us and we have good & flexible system of keeping on top of weekly tidys!
