Looking for a female flatmate to keep the 2:2 balance

Flat - the room is part of a four bedroom flat, with large living room and dining area, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, and big garage that can accommodate scooters and bicycles.
The flat has a private large ground floor garden/terrace which is ideal for BBQs or having a cup of coffee in the morning by the river.
The flat is located in a safe private development with beautiful communal gardens. The area is extremely quiet, perfect for relaxing and a having a nice night sleep away from all the noise.

Room – wardrobe, chest of drawers. This room has an ideal bright light since it’s facing north-west, you will not have direct sunlight in the mornings but will have plenty of light during the day. The window has view on the river which is literally 10 meters away – you will be falling asleep and waking up at the relaxing sound and view of the river.

Flatmates – to be shared with friendly professionals (2 girls and 2 boys) in their mid 20s mid 30s. We do have our own plans and lives but we also socialize in the living room, with TV or over dinner, or have a drink at the pub round the corner.
Looking for someone in the similar range of age, with a friendly attitude, who likes to socialize and keep tidy.

Area – there is a conveniently located coop 3 minutes walk, there are pubs round the corner as well as restaurants, the very picturesque Battersea square is 5 minutes walk away and Battersea park is a nice 10 minutes walk by the river. Across the bridge you can easily walk to King’s road and Fulham road.
