Derek is in his 40s, male and works in IT. We’ve enjoyed a drink together and he’s sociable (but not dependent on a new housemate for a social life). Outdoor fitness is his thing with running and cycling often taking him out of town. Derek doesn't smoke and is respectful of other people and the environment. He likes to cook and I have been lucky enough to have been offered some food at the end of a long day at work on a few occasions.

I am looking to find a considerate flatmate for Derek. I am a tidy person, I’ve taken pride in keeping my flat looking its best and shipshape. I am not completely strict about this, but do expect people to clear up after themselves and to respect the way I want the flat to look, so would be great to find someone similar.

This room is only available to one person but I’m sure Derek won’t object to guests.

You’ll be a joint tenant with Derek on a new Assured Shorthold Tenancy for minimum of six months, duration I’m flexible.
