RENT
The rent is £950 per month and includes all bills. There is a £1000 deposit and minimum 6 month tenancy.

FLAT
The flat has two bedrooms which means you will be living with only one other flatmate. He is a friendly 26 year old male who is very easy to get along with. He spends most of his time working so the majority of the time you will have the flat to yourself, which is ideal for having friends over or working from home.

There is one modern bathroom with a shower, bath and Bluetooth speakers so that you can enjoy listening to music while you shower! There is an open plan kitchen and living room.

The kitchen is modern and comes fully equipped with everything you need. It has plenty of space in cupboards and the refrigerator for storing food. There is also a washing machine and dryer.

The living room has a smart TV with internet access for Netflix, YouTube, BBC iPlayer etc. The TV has a great sound system with speakers surrounding the room.

LOCATION
The flat is in a great location, only a 10 minute walk to the lovely Battersea Park and a 10 minute walk in the other direction to Clapham Common where you will find lots of great restaurants and cafes. There is also a large Sainsbury’s and Little Waitrose in nearby Clapham Common, and a Sainsbury’s local a 7 minute walk from the flat. The flat is in a very peaceful area with no street noise.

We have great transport links into central London with regular busses stopping only a few minutes from our door. Route 87 takes you to Aldwych, route 77 goes to Waterloo and route 137 goes by Battersea Park, through Chelsea to Sloane Square, Hyde Park Corner and Marble Arch.

The nearest tube station is Clapham Common on the Northern Line. Vauxhall Station is also a short bus ride away with access to the Victoria line. Queenstown Station and Wandsworth Road Station are within walking distance with regular trains to Vauxhall, Victoria, Clapham Junction and Waterloo.
