Looking for a flat sharer to take over one of our rooms that will be vacant end of July. our flatmate/friend has decided to move on and so now we are looking for someone new to take over.
Room is for single occupancy, with plenty of storage space.

we are looking for the following

NOT ALLERGIC TO CATS

we are a mix household of gay and straight guys . All professionals, very tidy considerate and social, and we look for someone that can integrate in that mix.
there's a mix of cultures which is very cool and interesting. we all get along, and to top it off we have a curious little cat who loves running up and down the corridor, gets excited with food and new people, so if your allergic maybe this wont work LOL.

There is a no smoking rule in the apartment, we don't mind smokers, just not in the apartment.
* Please note there is no living room in the apartment

There are excellent transport links, walking distance to Battersea park station which will take you to London Victoria and Queens town road Battersea taking you to London Waterloo, buses include 344 and 44 take you to both Clapham junction, Victoria and vauxhall

People that like to go out running or for a walk its a 2 minute walk to Battersea park.

Rent is £560 per month, includes all bills and cleaning. we have an additional £15 for the cleaning. The room is available
