Newly renovated double room near battersea park

Hey!

I’m looking for someone to move into the other room in my flat that I previously shared with my sister. Please note, this is a home, not a flat share - it's well decorated and kept up to high standards. You'll find everything you need in order to move in without hassle (fully furnished with all kitchen appliances included e. g. Nespresso machine, sodastream, washing machine/drying machine etc!)

A little about the flat: It’s a second floor flat in a Mansion block, less than 100m from Battersea park.
The flat has two double bedrooms and a shared bathroom with a rain shower, large living room/dining room and an open plan kitchen/breakfast bar. There is a large communal garden to the rear of the block which provides excellent bike storage or exercise area (especially in a lockdown situation!). The entire flat was renovated less than 2 years ago, and still very new and shiny!

About the room: The bedroom is very light and airy with large built in wardrobes and an ottoman bed that provides ample storage space. The bedroom benefits from a garden view making it very bright, and is off the street, so keeps quiet most of the time, other than birds in the garden.

Who else is living there? I’m am working full time in Technology Consulting, currently working from home, but keen to get back to the office! I am sociable, welcoming and spends a lot of time travelling (when allowed) and cooking. I am fit and active, regularly making use of Battersea Park for running or just going for walks or picnics. There is limited desk space in the flat, so working from home on a full time basis may be a little difficult.

The room would suit a sociable young professional who appreciates good food, wine and getting outside during the weekends.
