I am renting a nice double room in a flatshare on Battersea park road, an amazing location, super central and close to the park!

The monthly Price is £520 and includes ( unlimited WIFI fiber, Council Tax, water)
The only thing excluded is the electric bill that we split every month (roughly 30-45 pounds per month for each flatmate)

In the flat, there is a big kitchen, no living room, unlimited broadband, Washing machine, 2 bathrooms (one with bath and one with shower) and everything that you may need including nice flatmates...

You are going to share the flat with two italian guys professionals 23-36 working in hospitality and services industries

The room is big (4.23m x 1.86m see floorplan for details) and it comes fully furnished with double bed - big Ikea Pax wardrobe - 1 desk

The flat is located just off Battersea park road, behind Tesco, a 5min walk to Queenstown Road station & Battersea Park Station / a short walk or bus ride over the bridge to Chelsea or Clapham junction.
Across the street from Battersea Park - literally 1 min... and local to many shops, cafes, restaurants, churches etc

Queenstown Road and Battersea Station take you to waterloo and Victoria in 2 minutes.

Minimum 6months contract and £400 deposit (the deposit will be registered with DPS to guarantee that will be returned at the end of the tenancy:)

The room is immediately available and ready to move in but we have some flexibility for the right flatmate

This room is not suitable for a couple.
