Dishwasher, electric, bath, washing machine, separate shower, tall fridge freezer, all included. Double size black bed frame included.

It's a quiet neighbourhood, and you'll deal with the
landlord directly, he's very helpful.

Transport:
The flat is 15 minutes walk to Battersea Station train station, and 20 minutes walk to Clapham Junction. The 44/344 bus route stops just outside the house.

This is a change of occupancy situation, so you would be replacing me as the sole tenant. I'm leaving due to my workplace office move closer into London.
