We have a double room available to rent in a lovely place located a couple of blocks away from Battersea Park.

The space is an 820 sq ft maisonette, recently renovated and insulated. There are 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, cloakroom, entrance hall, kitchen, large sitting room.

-Ample cupboard space.
- Small extra room that we are aiming to convert into a shared space.

-Bike storage in flat
-Santander bike rack just outside the flat
-Buses right in the corner

-Bailey & Sage
-Battersea Park two blocks away.
-Battersea Square around the corner with restaurants and bakeries

- Battersea Power station just on the other side of the Park
*Our current flatmate is flexible on his moving out date and the room could be available from the 15th of June

ABOUT THE FLATMATES

Sol
30 years old, Mexican, Dance Movement Psychotherapist, easy going, loves outdoor activities, climbing, dancing, visiting galleries, reading and boardgames.

Oli
36 years old, starting a PHD in Literature and Ecology, self employed gardener, loves climbing, reading, hiking, theatre and going on roadtrips.

Oli and I are a couple, we are very easy going and love organising things with other people. We enjoy cooking together and can often be found searching for the best roasts in London. We are currently using one of the rooms; the third bedroom in the flat is a small space that we are planing to put a desk in so that it can be used as an extra space.

ABOUT YOU

- Happy to contribute to the chill and balanced vibe of the house :).
- Non-smoker.
- Clean and able to keep things tidy. We've been in this flat for a long time and so far we have all been keeping the house in good shape.
- Employed or studying in a full time basis.
