We have a double room in our beautiful flat empty for 3-6 months whilst my sister is out of the country so am planning to let for a flat rate with everything included :)
The flat is in one of the mansion blocks right next to Battersea Park (about a 30 second walk) - we have a large living room and kitchen and the bedroom has an en-suite with a large shower.
The bedroom will have a bed and wardrobe and a clothes rail left in the room, short term let, however if things change it may be for longer.
I am a 29 year old professional who will be staying in the property :) we will be holding viewing asap as want someone secured before 16th May.
