We are looking to find a replacement tenant in our lovely two-floor maisonette. I’m only leaving behind a beautiful house as I’m moving in with my partner, otherwise I wouldn’t be leaving! Looking for female housemate, late 20s to early 30s.

Pictures won’t do it justice, so I’d strongly recommend viewing.

Current Housemates:
- Sharing with Ciara and Becky, 30 and 29.
- Relaxed and sociable group, live quite busy lifestyles so value personal time/space but can be persuaded for a trip to the pub!
- They work in Media and Publishing
- Ciara is always in the office, usually 5 days across the week (and sometimes at the weekend), and Becky is out 2 days a week.

Room Details:
- Spacious, bright double room on Battersea Park Road.
- Large drawers, built in hanging space and built in cupboard
- Fully furnished with large mirror, bed and mattress
- Plenty of storage space in the house, as well as a big loft

Rest of House Details:
- Large kitchen
- Large lounge
- One bathroom
- End of row flat so doubles as a balcony!
- ⁠Well insulated, so warm in winter

Location Details
- Extremely well connected: just 2 mins from bus stops which takes you straight to Victoria, Battersea Power Station Tube, Clapham, Vauxhall, Chelsea or Liverpool St. Only a 15 minute walk to Clapham Junction station
- Great amenities near by, including a Tesco and multiple independent coffee shops
- Under five minute walk to Battersea Park, or a 25 minute walk onto Kings Road

Tenancy Details:
- Bills around £100 - benefits from cheap council tax
- Looking for someone to move in from 23rd June
