You'll have your own private floor upstairs.
It comes with a large double bedroom with bed, storage and desk, a newly renovated balcony (south facing) and an oversized bathroom/WC with bath and storage.

-3mn walk to Battersea Park
-10mn walk to the river Thames
-1mn walk to local buses (344, 44, 87, 38 etc)
-12mn walk to Clapham Junction Rail and Overground station (Grant Road exit).
-3mn walk to Tesco, Sainsbury's, restaurants, gym, takeaways, pub

Flat has secured locks for extra safety.

The loft has big industrial windows and high ceilings so it is bright and spacious.
-Modern kitchen with oven, gas hob, washing machine, smeg toaster, dishwasher & microwave.
-Huge living room with large TV, super fast broadband.

You will be sharing the living room and kitchen with very friendly, clean and tidy professionals working in sales/marketing.
Not a party flat but always up for a pizza/movie night, drinks and a good chat :)

Late 20's/30's professional or mature/PHD student welcome. (Sorry NO couples or sharers).
