A double room, with its own access off beautiful communal gardens, is becoming available in this lovely flat within the gated development of Restoration Square, near to Battersea Square.

Battersea Square offers a combination of cool independent Bars and Restaurants, a Gail's Bakery and Gordon Ramsay's London House Restaurant as well as a fantastic local Pub next door. The gorgeous riverside is only a 5 minute walk. Battersea Square is a great little area with a slightly more toned down relaxed vibe compared to the city.

Currently we are a professional male and female living here.
We have a nice shared living room and kitchen and you will share the bathroom with the male (who is super clean and tidy!) :)
The flat also benefits from a lovely communal garden as seen in the photos.

We are a 10-15 minute walk to Clapham Junction Train Station and the vibrant Northcote Road, and there are excellent transport links to Victoria, South Kensington and the Kings Road with buses going directly into Liverpool Street from the end of our street which the male housemate uses daily.

We are looking for a professional person, who is clean & tidy, sociable and relaxed/easy going like us.

Bills for the month are included in the price.
