The beautiful mansion block we live in

I'm moving out of my wonderful huge double room this month, as i've bought my first flat - and it's available for someone to move into immediately (i'm flexible on dates as to when I move out).

Our flat is in a gorgeous mansion block and has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room and separate kitchen/dining room which can seat 8.

My large room is furnished with a double bed, 5 built in wardrobes, there is lots of extra storage throughout the property (for suitcases/coats etc).

Bills are around 100 month, plus £20 for our awesome cleaner who does everything (including bed linen!)

3 private parking spaces out back if you require and a lovely little garden at the front. Of course we are opposite gorgeous Battersea park too.

Excellent transport links - 3 min to Clapham, 4min to Victoria and 7 min to Waterloo. Lots of buses going towards Kensington/Oxford street and Clapham. Anything else? Oh, Bob Geldof lives next door. Haha.

About my flatmates: they all have busy jobs in cardiology, retail management and consultancy. They lead their own lives but also enjoy each other’s company and like to arrange the odd flat night out or dinner at home (Sam loves to cook!!)
