The appartement is very big for the area and with lots of natural light: massive living room, laundry room, 2 bathrooms.

The rent is £980. Bills are excluded and usually go from £40 to £100 for winter months (including cleaner every two weeks).
Fully furnished with bed and wardrobe.

The other flatmates are professionals in theirs mid 20s, 2 female/ 1 male, We’re all sociable and easy going and quite sporty. We all have our own schedules but often have dinner together and do things in the weekend.

We are looking for a professional, sociable and tidy flatmate, mid 20s to mid 30s. The flat is really nice and we like to keep it clean. Given carpet floors it is unfortunately not a party flat.
