This is a wonderful flat - very spacious with lots of natural light and a common garden for the building. Conveniently located - 5 min walk from Queensway (central), Bayswater (district & circle), and Paddington stations. 2 min walk to Hyde Park with numerous groceries less than 5 min walk away including Sainsburys, Waitrose, & Tesco.
My flatmate is moving out to get her own space for a yoga studio and her room is now available - its the larger of the 2 rooms with attached balcony, and more than enough storage space (wardrobe, under the bed, closet space). The bedrooms are also on a separate floor from the living room, making it easy to work from home.
I work for a product company in London and have moved around a bit before this. So I am pretty chill, flexible, good with housekeep, and mind my space. Looking for someone similar!
