Hello, I am a current flatmate in a flat of 4 rooms in total, located very centrally: within 5 min walk from undergrounds, Queensway station & Bayswater, covering central, circle and district lines.
In Bayswater area, you can find lots of convenient shops for groceries etc. It is also 5 min walking from Hyde Park, 15 min from Notting hill and 30 min from Marble arch everything is very close.
There is not a living room but the apartment is very comfortable and has everything needed such as washing machine and dryer.
Gas and Electricity is not covered and is in a total of 20£ per month.
We are 3 current tenants in this flat, 2 of us living together for the past 4 years and all of us, 2 years in total together.
We are all working professionals (Architecture, Marketing, Operation) and we are looking for a professional flatmate, within the age range 24-35.
