A double room is available in my flat located in Westbourne Green/Bayswater, on the border of Notting Hill. I am a 25 year old American working as a marketing manager and have lived in London for 1.5 years.
The flat is about 3 min walk from Royal Oak station, 10 min walk from Portobello Road and 12 or so mins to Hyde Park. It’s a two story flat with the first floor having a living room, balcony off the living room, kitchen and a bit of storage under the stairs. The second floor is the two bedrooms, my closet/coat closet, the bathroom with shower/tub and sink then a separate wet closet.
The spare room comes furnished with a king bed, a chest of three drawers and a built in closet. There is space in the room for a desk to be put in as well.
Looking for someone who is social and will enjoying cooking, drinking wine and hanging out together but also is a tidy working professional.
