Double Ensuite to let in Bayswater

Hi everyone! Unfortunately I am moving out of the country, and it is with mixed feelings that I am looking for someone to replace me for the last 2 months of my tenancy and take my ensuite room for the months of July and August. If you are looking for a short let for the summer months, than look no further! This is a very cool household, my current flatmates are all professionals in their twenties, very open minded, with a lot of interests / hobbies, and always up for a laugh or organise social activities. The house is a 3 level townhouse in the heart of Bayswater, 1-3 minutes walk from Central, Circle and District lines as well as some major bus connections. The area is full of nice cafes, pubs, restaurants and it is a 1 minute walk from Hyde Park! There are 4 rooms split between 2 floors and each room has an ensuite. The ground floor has a huge kitchen and living room / conservatory, with direct access to the patio (we also have a rooftop on the top floor!). The room to let is on the first floor, it has 3 double glazed windows and it is very bright and quiet. All the furniture that you see in the pictures will stay and all the bills are included in the price. The price is VERY low considering the area and the standards of this house, but happy to discuss based on your needs.
