6 month Sublet (June-Dec) in Bayswater

Hi! I’m subletting my spacious and bright room in a quiet and green location near Hyde Park. Bonus of the flat is that it has access to a private garden you can also see from the room.

This is a sublet - the room is available from June 5 until end of December 2024.

The room is £910/month excl bills. It’s in a bright and modern garden square flat in the heart of Bayswater/Notting Hill. The place is a gem in the middle of London - affordable and residential, yet incredibly central!

About the flat:
The flat is 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large open plan living and kitchen area, and access to a large private garden. Amazing location in Zone 1 - within easy walking distance to several tube stations (Queensway (Central Line), Bayswater (Circle/District), Royal Oak (Hammersmith and City) and Paddington), shops, cafes, restaurants, and Hyde Park. Also within walking/cycling distance to central London. A perfect place to work from home, or for a short and easy commute to the city.

The flat itself comes with all amenities, including wifi, modern kitchen appliances, a washer/dryer, and smart TV. There is also enough space to work from home if you need it. It is on the ground floor but separated from the sidewalk by a staircase leading to the basement flats.

About the room:
The room is fully furnished with 3 shelves and a closet. Bills are NOT included but are generally around £50-£80 per month in total, including council tax.

We are looking for someone that is sustainability-concious - I. e very conscious of turning off the lights after use and using natural light when/where possible, sensible use of water and of the washing machine, and with full awareness of recycling properly and reducing food waste. It goes without saying we also look for someone that keep things tidy and is considerate to the other roommates.

You will be sharing with 3 young professionals; Indian, Dutch and English. We have our own busy lives but appreciate chatting and going out together every now and then. The room would be ideal for other young professionals like us to join in the vibe!
