On the lookout for an awesome person to share my comfortable space with

My place offers a safe space to chill and unwind, a shower, bathrooms and a kitchen for use, with a living room you can use. The area also has many key stations nearby for transport as well as a park to relax, everything is close!

The house has 3 floors but you will have access to 2 of them as family stays there.
A bed room, with TV and a window to see the area outside. Close to the room there is a bathroom with a shower and cleaning.

Downstairs you will have a large living room where you can eat, watch movies or just unwind, but be aware and considerate as there are tenants downstairs.

On the same floor there is also a bathroom and a small kitchen for your needs, and if you want more air you can access the space behind the house via the kitchen door but please keep the door locked at night.

The house is a warm, that provides all the things you need, as well as being located near all your locals.

I am an introverted passionate creator that loves finding connections with people and learning new things!

I'm pretty easy to get along with 😁

Don't take things that don't belong to you or ask me before taking

Be respectful and considerate of the boundaries and space

No smoking inside the house

No parties this house is a nice place and It needs to be respected

Yes your pet can stay as long as they are properly trained and cared for

No council tax or bills you will pay
