Double room with ensuite in Bayswater

Hi all,

Looking for a new flatmate to take over one of the bedrooms in my flat in Bayswater. It's a fully furnished 2-bed, 2-bath flat with a separate living room and kitchen, tucked away on a quiet street right between Paddington and Notting Hill. Hyde Park is a couple of minutes away on foot, with some amazing restaurants on the doorstep.

The basics:
-- The room itself is the bigger of the two, with loads of storage and its own ensuite bathroom.
-- Rent: £1,500/month + bills (around £130)
-- Available from end of June, with a bit of flexibility
-- Fully furnished, quiet area


A bit about me:
I'm 30, originally from Germany, working in London for some years now as a product manager at an early-stage fintech startup. I'm in the office around six days a week, so for the most part you'd have the flat to yourself. I love the flat for the location, the food nearby, and morning runs in Hyde Park.

What I'm looking for:
Someone professional, easy-going, and low maintenance.
