Large Double Room in a family house atmosphere

More of a family house than just a room to rent . We are looking for a friendly and drama free house mate to share dinners together and personal interest , we love food and art often in the same plate.

The room is one of the largest in the house and face on the quiet side of the house, on to a small private garden dominate by a large tree.

The house is located in Bayswater 2 minute from Hyde Park.
It is a beautiful location and we are blessed with 2 garden on in the front and one at the read of the house.
Both garden have table and chair plus plenty of plants ( lots of watering that we have to do)

We also have a cleaner that comes every week for 5 hours

we have a large living room one kitchen and one bathroom at each floor.

we are looking for a easy going person that enjoy the house and the vibrant atmosphere.
