Bayswater Flat- Zone 1, next to Hyde Park

Hi , my name is Laura, I'm a 30 year old British girl. I have a room to rent in my Bayswater flat (zone 1)

The flat is located just off of the high street which includes many restaurants, bars, shops, hair and beauty salons etc and a few mins from Hyde Park, Notting Hill etc so you are never short of anything. It is also 2 mins walk from both Bayswater tube station (District & Circle line) and Queensway (Central line- be in central London within a matter of minutes!) The location is amazing and I've lived here for 6years now . There is a porter on site also, which is great for accepting delivery of parcels & security etc.

The room is of large size and comes furnished. It has large wardrobes, chest of drawers, a dressing table / desk and large shelves. Bills are included except for electric (cost varies depending upon your consumption).

About me: I'm very friendly and easy going and have always remained friends with my previous housemates. I work Monday- Friday for a beauty company as a Sales Manager. *however at the moment I am based full time out of London which is why I am renting out my room*.
I currently rent out the other room to a really lovely female who has relocated to London for work. She is very friendly, peaceful and respectful of your space. This is who would be sharing with.

On the weekends I like to socialise with friends, going to bars & for dinner etc but I don't bring the party home and would expect my housemate to be respectful of this. I'm looking for a housemate who is respectful, considerate, very clean, tidy and friendly.
