Join a friendly team of Londoners in this humble abode! Sadly one of out flatmates has to leave the house so we are looking for someone else to complete the gang!

My current flatmates are the best, no exaggeration needed! We had great times in this flat playing music, cooking, chatting, and just hanging out!

We have a fully furnished double room available for rent in Queensway, Bayswater.

Ideal location, 5 minutes walking to Hyde Park, 3 minutes walking to Bayswater Tube Station (circle and district), and 5 minutes walking to Queensway Tube Station (central line). We are professionals and students who respect each other's workspace and times, but also fun and really easy to get along with.

The rent is £625 per month (super cheap-lockdown discount), including all bills and taxes. The deposit is £668 and is used as the last month's rent payment.

Super organized, clean, and responsible Italian lady who works in the film industry and cooks like a goddess!! Eva is a super hard worker but she enjoys the simple pleasures of having a nice home meal and a friendly chat. She has a great sense of humor and is a loyal and caring friend. Just a great company :)

Cio 28
Smily and outgoing, social and kind Spanish lady who studied journalism and now currently works at the hotel Hilton! Rocio is an amazing dancer and music lover. We had a great time all together dancing and playing music!
You'll eat paella and tortilla de patatas (Spanish dishes) if you come by the way!

Simon 27
The kindest, most cheerful, funniest, and most friendly English young man you'll ever meet! He will put a smile on your face every time you run into him! Simon loves chocolate, music and he is very curious about many things. Great singer and aspiring piano player, speaking surprisingly good Spanish for he wants to be a teacher!

Ethan 23
Ethan is a hard worker and a very cool guitarist. However, he is a professional filmmaker and currently works in editing. You will spend time with him talking about music like rock and blues! Very kind and always with a smile! He just joined the gang, and we are all quite happy with him. He speaks Spanish and English by the way!
