Homely relaxed atmosphere would souit tidy and friendly person who shares our desire to live in a nice home . Current occupants 4 guys. We are looking for one more person to replace our flatmate who is moving out.

About the room:

Fair size single room. Bathroom shared with one housemate. (Room has been recently painted and decorated)

£390( excluding bills water, gas & electricity )
£450 Deposit.
Water ,gas and electricity bills we are sharing between housemates .

About the house.

There is a shared guest bathroom downstairs by the living area. The ground floor comprises of an open plan kitchen & living room connecting to back garden for summer BBQ’s. Your Room is on the second floor..
We use the garage as a storage room with 2 fridges, washing machined, so there’s ample space for all. We have access to all amenities an fiber broadband available.

No smoking inside the house.

Excellent transport links. DLR: Beckton Station 5 minute walk great access to Canary Wharf (, Stratford, Shoreditch. Plus there is easy access to the city.

Extremely quiet street that’s a 2 minute walk to a huge ASDA and LIDL and big shopping centre Gallions Reach just 7 min by bus. The house is also really close to all amenities including post office, Doctor’s and atm's.
