Double Bedroom With Own Bathroom And Single Room

Welcome to our beautiful home!

We are happy to announce that a double room with own bathroom and additional single bedroom storage room is now available in our newly renovated house. The property has a garden on the front and back sides and a small communal park which the kitchen overlooks. Its in a very green leafy suburb surrounded by beautiful lakes and large parks. The neighbourhood is very friendly and amenities are close as well as transport. The house is a 10 minute walk to Royal Albert DLR station or 5 min bus ride.

The house has an open plan kitchen and lounge, making it a warm and friendly place and great to socialise in. The decor is contemporary, fresh and clean. The landlord takes pride in his house and makes sure that everything is spic and span. An added feature is that there are two bathrooms (WC included), fully furnished with brand new furniture throughout.

About us: We are open minded, open to different cultures. We are both professional and work a lot. We are very easy going, we like a laugh and banter. We both love to cook, we both like the gym and fitness.

Our previous house mates have decided to move back to their home country therefore we are on the hunt for a housemates, preferably a females this time to balance it a bit but thats not set in stone.

Some details about the place:

Furnished - No need to buy anything except bedsheets, duvet and pillows, towels and your own personal things.

Location - its in a leafy suburb, close to parks and lakes and away from the intensity of the city but at the same time you are not that far out. You are a 10 minute walk from royal albert DLR or a bus ride away from canning town and stratford. The bus stops outside our house!

Prefer: we require a working professional.

What we need: One months rent in advance plus one months rent as deposit. A reference from a previous landlord.

We have some house rules and we need all potential housemates to abide by them.

1. Cleaning is an essential part of living together in a shard house. Everyone needs to pull their weight. A cleaning rota is to be followed and abided by.

2. Rent must be paid when its due on time. We don't want to live with someone who doesn't pull their weight.

3. Drink and Drugs: Our house is a drugs free zone. No-one has the right to tell you what to do in your private life but if you're a party animal, getting drunk regularly and take drugs, this house is not for you.

4. Noise: No noise on weekdays after 12 am where we operate a total silence policy. You can call friends round, they are welcome to join you

Note: this double bedroom includes an additional separate single room which can be used as office or guest room for friends visiting! Also note you will be sharing with only 2 others.
