Metal bedframe available if wanted, but it will take up some extra space

Please note: £350 is a special rate for the first 2 months only. If you stay after that then the rate returns to its regular price of £450 a month. Short term is fine.

The room is roughly 3.4m by 2.0m and comes with a single bed, double wardrobe, bookcase, desk and drawers. I have a metal bedframe or you can just leave the mattress on the floor without a frame if you want to save some space. There is an adjacent bathroom which will be shared mostly with one other person as there is an upstairs bathroom for the other 2 people.

The property is a 4 bed detached house. I'm from Myanmar and the other guys are Polish and Hungarian. I'm expecting one guy to leave within the next two months and after that I will not look for a replacement, so there would be 3 people living in the house including yourself.

There is a living room but it is private and I use it for teaching most evenings.

I'm looking for a quiet tidy person who can clear up after themselves and gets on well with the existing residents.

House rules: No smoking indoors, no candles or incense sticks, outdoor shoes not to be worn indoors, guests only allowed on occasion and you need to ask me each time for permission, use of electric heaters will need to be discussed beforehand.
