A cosy double bed with ensuite in a beautiful and safe residential area with plenty of parks around. Very convenient to get to Canary wharf and central London. Refurbished clean house with modern refurbished kitchen. Suitable for professionals and students who like it clean and tidy. It is a quiet residential place, not suitable for parties.

The room has a double bed and a double mirrored wardrobe with plenty of storage. The room has access to a private bathroom and only the person who will be living in the room will be using it.

There a total of 3 bedrooms in the property. 2 on the first floor and one on the ground floor.

Bedroom 2 on first floor with its own private bathroom: Advertised here. Ladies are preferred

Bedroom 3 on ground floor with its private bathroom: Generally empty. I (live in landlord) use it occasionally for work from home etc.

Study room (box room): Empty. There is a box room room on the first floor which is empty. By separate arrangement, it can be offered for exclusive use for person living in Bedroom 2. It is a nice room for working from home, with a window, a heater and storage space.

Living room and kitchen:
Living room is spacious with an open plan and modern kitchen complete with washer dryer and a double dishwasher. There are 2 fridges and one of the fridges will be exclusively for you.

Garden:
There is a small cosy garden to the property, lovely to spend time when it is sunny. There is additional storage space in the garden

Parking:
Parking is available and can be availed by separate discussion

The property is suitable for someone who likes a cosy, clean house that is not crowded and offers good quality of life

Transport:
Bus stop is 2 minute walk. Buses go to Royal Albert DLR station or Custom House Elizabeth line station offering quick transport to Canary wharf and Central London. Getting in the city, the square mile is very easy.

Shops:
Convenience shops are nesrby, just about 5 min walk, they are open till late and ASDA superstore is 15min walk

Parks:
There are plenty of parks around. Beckton park is just 2 minute walk from the house. Plenty of greenery around

Home environment:
Home environment will be very relaxed, friendly and respectful.
