Hi, my husband and I looking for a flat mate in a 2 bedroom flat at Beckton.

We are 30, a lawyer and a software engineer and we have a cat. We’re fairly clean, quiet and like our privacy. would love to hang out together too if we get along.
Hoping to find someone with a similar personality. The rent is £700, bills included. We will be sharing the bathroom, kitchen and living room. Please feel free to reach out if it’s something you would prefer. The room is a good size tbh and there’s plenty of storage space.

The nearest Asda is 3 minutes walk. Lidl is 2 minutes walk. Beckton station is 5 minutes walk. University of East London is 2 stops away from Beckton DLR.

I’m sorry but couples are not allowed. I personally love and welcome all pets but Landlord has refused to give permission for another pet in the house.

If you do not like cats I would suggest that this might not be a good place for you. My cat is very gentle and loving.
