Looking for a friendly and tidy professional to take over a double room with a private bathroom in a lovely 2-bed, 2-bath flat.

The room comes furnished with a double bed (metal frame), wardrobe with mirror, and a small drawer with mirror.

Bills are max £240 (dependent on electricity usage) or £330 with a bi-weekly cleaner.

The flat has a comfortable, well-kept shared living area that's been looked after with care. Also includes a small balcony.

Transport: Just a short walk to Gallions Reach DLR, with easy links to Canary Wharf, Stratford, and the City, plus connections to the Elizabeth Line via Custom House.
Local area: Close to Gallions Reach Shopping Park with supermarkets, shops, cafés, restaurants, and a gym nearby.

The current flat mate is a 25 year old, accountancy girlie working central london. She’s a homebody who loves going to the gym, trying new restaurants, concerts travelling, spending time with friends, spa treatments, enjoy cooking and cozy nights in watching Netflix series ( a lot of true crime).

We are looking for someone who will treat this peaceful place like home. Someone friendly, open-minded and social who enjoys the occasional coffee, dinner catch up, or movie night together. We will also value and respects each other's personal space.
