Room for rent in 4 Bed House in Upton Park!!

Hey everyone! Looking for a replacement tenant for our 4 bed house share in Upton Park, she will be moving out this Thursday April 23rd and we’re looking for a 4th housemate to join us!

We’re a friendly quiet bunch, often hanging out together in the living room and outside the house. Two of us are recent masters graduates and I (Rebekah) am currently on an undergraduate degree in fashion.

We are an LGBTQ friendly household, other members of the community would be preferred but also not gender specific.

You will have a large double room pictured above, sharing a bathroom with one of the female tenants. There are two bathrooms, the other one being shared between the myself and the male tenant.

Double room comes with two wardrobes and a chest of drawers! You can happily bring your own additional storage into the room. Aside from the room and bathroom, we have a shared living room and garden.

Bills:

Council Tax - Band C: £60
Gas and Electricity: £50
WiFi: £7

All bills are split through the Splitwise app which you will be invited to use. Rent is paid on the 30th of each month, this is paid through our other female tenant.

The house is located a 20 minute bus ride (104) to Stratford and 5 minute ride to Upton Park, (304) is a 15 minute bus ride to Custom House (Elizabeth Line)

Very quiet community with there being schools around and we’re also around the corner from Newham University Hospital which is also accessible by foot!
