Room is in a Victorian mansion block flat on the 3rd floor. It has a use of a kitchenette and shower room shared with one another lodger (no living room). Kitchenette has a microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, air fryer, hob, washing machine and dryer. The 2 lodgers share back of the flat privately and I live in the front. I may add that I travel c 5-6 months a year. Suits best an independent person. Room is furnished with a bed, desk, armchair and wardrobes.
