The bedroom incorporates three distinct areas:
a sleeping space with a double bed, chest and bookshelves,
a dressing area with 2 fitted wardrobes and shelves, and
a study area with a desk,.
Is carpeted, warm and quiet.
A beautiful newly refurbished shower-room is adjacent to your room for your use only.
The large living room has dark wood floors, 2 sofas, another library area, a stunning marble fireplace and a table seating 10 .
TV including Virgin cable & Netflix.
The kitchen is well stocked with cooker, hob, microwave, washing machine, and a large selection of cooking utensils, all of which you re free to use.
Off the kitchen is a pretty dining room / garden room with underfloor heating. This is a pleasant space to sit and use your laptop or chat over a cup of tea.
This leads to a charming private patio and garden.
Smoking is allowed in the garden only.
Belsize Village and variety of shops are only 4 minutes walk away.
Also within easy distance are an Everyman cinema, leisure centre, Hampstead Heath and Camden Market.

I am easygoing and relaxed, and hope to have a friendly relationship with my flatmate, although I also need my own space, and respect others privacy too.
Be aware that I am an early to bed, early to rise person. I work long hours so most nights you will have the place to yourself, but I am up and about early.
I am active, young at heart and very open to sharing with people much younger than myself.
Although straight myself, I am totally LGBT friendly.
Am trying to be vegetarian, but sometimes slip.
Being tidy I expect that in my flatmate also please. Keeping the flat clean and tidy is non negotiable. We each clan our own bedrooms and bathrooms and share the choose in the communal areas.
Sorry but I don’t want anyone who works from home.
