I am looking for someone to replace me in a great, spacious, easy-going Belsize Park flat. The room has tons of storage, currently fits a large desk and double bed (bed included!). The kitchen is spacious, has dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, double ovens and wine rack. The sitting room is huge, with tv and working fireplace. We also have two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath and shower.

The flat also has a great balcony with amazing views of the city.

You would be living with a young professional in tech and a PhD candidate at UCL. Both currently work from home. Everyone is very friendly and easy-going but its easy to have your own space if you want it.

Just a 10 minute walk to Primrose Hill and Hampstead Heath. 20 minute walk to Camden Town. The flat is right next to shops, great pubs and restaurants. The area is very convenient and safe. Just a one minute walk to Belsize Park Station.

It's an awesome flat and I am only moving out because my girlfriend and I are moving in together.
