We have a lovely room with own bathroom in our flat situated in a quiet area between Belsize Park and Swiss Cottage. It comes fully furnished with its own double bed, desk, tv and wardrobe and direct access to our outdoor patio.

The house has a spacious living room and a small kitchen and you'll have your own fridge. Additional outdoor space with bbq comes off the kitchen.

We also have 2 cats; Basil and Teddy. They are both friendly and like company. Please note one of their litterboxes is in the bathroom.

Reminder: We are looking for a 2-4 weekday rent. The rent will be based on number of days stayed, minimum £600 per month - maximum £800. There is some flexibility on the occasional weekend if you wish to stay. We are happy to have belongings left in the room, bathroom, and kitchen etc. when you are aren't here to make life easier.

The rent fully covers all bills and services. We have a cleaner that comes every fortnight to clean the common areas only.

We are a couple who are both working professionals; I work in video game advertising and my partner works in finance. We also work from home a fair amount. We would prefer a flatmate who didn't work from the flat.

About us: We love brunch and other eating related endeavours. Not massive party animals so no smashed housemates on a Monday here. We're both training to do a Spartan Race in a few months. I'm a keen gamer and Milena likes reading, going to the gym, smashing the patriarchy and as an Aussie swearing profusely. We love hosting a bbq and games day on occasion. Happy to have a chat but also understand if someone just wants to hide in their room and watch netflix.

We're looking for a laid back flatmate, non creepy, who is independent and likes cats! Someone who is house trained ie. communicates well, cleans up after themselves, respectful, occasionally buys toilet paper, doesn't mind lending an egg or bottle of wine on occasion etc. If you don't know why we mention that you might not be a good fit. Unfortunately no couples or students. We hope to find someone warm with sense of humour looking to have a comfortable home away from home.
