Bright Double Room in Belsize Park

I’m leaving this great flat to move in with some friends, so need someone to take over my room until November at least (when my contract runs out), with the option to renew. Move in date 14th April. Please only message after reading the whole advert.

£750 rent plus around £140 for bills (may be slightly less in summer).

The room is a small double with a big window, large wardrobe, chest of draws, and bedside table. Brand new mattress and freshly painted in November.

You will be sharing the bathroom with one other flat mate - the toilet is separate. There is a cleaning rota for the kitchen and hoovering (takes less than an hour), so it’s only once every 3 weeks.

Located 10 minutes walk away from Belsize Park station (Northern Line), 15 mins walk from Hampstead Heath overground and less than 5 mins walk to bus stops. Bus lines 1, 46 and 24 provide great access across the city. Really safe area close to Hampstead Heath and Camden.

Looking for someone who is a professional, doesn’t work from home (no room for a desk) and is clean and considerate of others. One flatmate works 3-4 night shifts per week and will need to sleep during the day.

I work in a clinic Mon-fri, so viewings will be held in the evenings. You will need to meet the lovely Landlady to pay the deposit, provide references and provide payslips or proof of work contract.
