Come and join our lovely flat in Belsize Park, located just seconds from the tube station, amongst all the amenities of the area in the heart of Haverstock Hill directly above the Wine Rack (handy!), walking distance to beautiful Hampstead Heath and Primrose Hill. The flat is amazing value for money, located on the top floor of a four storey building (the lift is out of order so it’s good exercise!) and benefits from great natural light as you can see from the pics. We have a huge hallway as you enter the flat, a large and bright lounge and separate kitchen, a full bathroom and then another separate toilet. The flat has five bedrooms but we use the fifth as a spare room / storage space / laundry drying area which is very handy. We also have a fire escape which we have turned into a nice little balcony over lockdown where we sometimes socialise with our neighbours.

We are super close to the Northern Line (about 30 seconds!), a 10 minute walk to the Overground and a 15 minute walk to the Jubilee and Metropolitan Lines. We are well served by buses too, with the 168, 268, 46, 24, C11 and N5 nightbus. We are situated within easy walking distance of local restaurants, bars, pubs and several supermarkets. Camden, Kentish Town, Hampstead and Primrose Hill are all within walking distance.

Who would you be living with?

Leah, 28, from Dorset working in the travel industry;

Sach, 31, originally from Sydney and working in advertising;

We absolutely love this flat and spending time together over a glass of wine or two watching TV or down at one of the many amazing local pubs. We keep a clean and tidy flat and are considerate of each other.

Double bedroom, with great natural light, wardrobe, bed, shelves and double glazing.

What we we looking for?

Ideally you will be between the ages of 26 – 36, and must be in full time employment.

Someone relaxed who is looking for a place to live and be a part of, not just somewhere to sleep. That being said, some of us work from home at least a couple of days a week so it can be quite a full house at times, but we enjoy coming together at night to sit down and binge some TV.

Able to provide employment references and credit checks.

The move in date is 27th May, subject to landlord approval and background checks and agreement with outgoing tenant.
