The flat is just a 5 minute walk from Primrose Hill in a safe building with a community feel. Just a 5 minute walk from Swiss Cottage tube station (jubilee line) and a 10 minute walk from Chalk Farm station (northern line). The building has just been newly renovated with a floor to ceiling windows and a carpets fitted in March 2024. It's a really lovely place, previous tenant was here for 2 years and loved it. We have very nice, private landlords who are responsive to any issues.

The flat has a large lounge and dining area, a good sized kitchen, separate toilet and shower over bath, with a small spare room which we use for storage and hanging laundry.

You will be living with Miwa, 29 - working in Retail and Joanna 28 - also working in Retail. We are friendly, chill people who love to socialise but also like to have our own space. We are looking for someone who can become a friend and part of the flat :)

Our current flatmate is leaving the 30th of November so you will pay the rent from December + the £650 deposit. You will be on the contract from the 1st of December.

In the room the only furniture that is yours is the wardrobe, draws and bed.
