Come and join our lovely flat in Belsize Park, located just seconds from the tube station, amongst all the amenities of the area in the heart of Haverstock Hill and walking distance to beautiful Hampstead Heath or Primrose Hill.

The flat:
Amazing value for money, located on the top floor of a four storey building (the lift is out of order so it’s good exercise!) and benefits from great natural light. We have a huge hallway as you enter the flat, a large and bright lounge and separate kitchen, a full bathroom and then another separate toilet. It has five bedrooms but we use the fifth as a spare room / storage space / laundry drying area which is very handy. We also have a fire escape which we have turned into a nice little balcony where we sometimes socialise.

The Room:
Double bedroom, with great natural light, wardrobe, bed, bedside table, shelves and double glazing.

Who would you be living with?
Your 3 flatmates are Sarah (32), Sarah (27) & Ciarán (30) all young professionals. We keep a clean and tidy flat and are considerate of each other.

What we we looking for?
Ideally you will be between the ages of 26 – 36, and must be in full time employment.

Room is available from the 3rd January, subject to landlord approval and background checks and agreement with outgoing tenant.

Deposit: £875

Bills are not included in the rent but are generally between £100 and £120 a month.
