Sadly, my current flatmates are moving out, so I’m looking for someone new to call this beautiful place home with me from 26th March.

The room is a spacious double bedroom in a charming Victorian flat in Belsize Park, just 2 minutes from the lovely Belsize Village with its cosy cafés and restaurants. The flat has a dreamy, light-filled living room with high ceilings and beautiful parquet flooring – truly the heart of the home and a wonderful place to relax. There’s also a curved balcony overlooking greenery, which makes the whole space feel calm and special.

The kitchen is fully equipped (including dishwasher and washing machine), and the bathroom has a great shower. The room itself comes with a large mirrored wardrobe offering plenty of storage.

Location-wise it’s ideal:

• 7 minutes walk to Swiss Cottage (Jubilee Line)
• 7 minutes walk to Belsize Park (Northern Line)
• 10 minutes walk to Primrose Hill
• 10 minutes walk to Hampstead Heath

So you’re very well connected while living in a quiet, safe and beautiful neighbourhood.

✨ A little bit about me:

I work in film/theatre and tend to have a pretty busy schedule, so I’m often out of the house Monday to Friday and regularly working in the evenings as well.

Because of that, I really value keeping the atmosphere in the flat calm, stable and comfortable — a place to properly come home to and relax. I have a lot of respect for shared spaces and appreciate a peaceful and harmonious living environment.

It’s always lovely to chat in the kitchen or cook together from time to time, while also giving each other the space and independence everyone needs. Overall, the flat has a relaxed and cosy atmosphere, and I’m looking for someone who would enjoy and appreciate that kind of home as much as I do.
