Sunny 1br in gorgeous Belsize flat

Gorgeous and lovely 1BR available in 3 bed Belsize flat. Our lovely flatmate is moving back to Europe due to work related reasons but has loved living here (you can ask him). The flat comes furnished and you can opt to keep the furniture or not, but preferred if you do of course. the room comes out to 1075 a month; you; d be living with two very chill flatmates, Me(30) and Tom (25). You'd also be sharing a bathroom with me so ideally you prioritise cleanliness. We travel a bunch and are out and about a good amount but also love to enjoy the flat and host occasional dinners here and there. Not a party flat but of course welcome to host people over etc. We're looking for someone with similar interests. Reach out if interested!
