Double Room in Large, Friendly, Penthouse Flat

The room

We are looking for a flatmate to occupy one double room with en-suite in our spacious and modern flat. We are 3 young professionals (24, 25 and 27 years old). We are looking for a tidy, clean and reliable person.

Location wise, the flat is walking distance from both Bermondsey (10 mins) and London Bridge (15 mins) underground stations, and bus stops right on the doorstep. The flat is adjacent to the lively Maltby Street Market and Bermondsey Street with shops, restaurants and very nice bars, is just 5 mins walk away.

The flat is very spacious and bright, has a big living room/kitchen area, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (two en-suite), and a very spacious roof terrace with views of all the City, Canary Wharf and (the top of) Tower Bridge. The flat also has a private lift entrance and a wrap-around balcony. There is also a parking space available

The room is an en-suite double room and is partly furnished.
