Hi,
My housemate is sub-letting her furnished medium double bedroom in a fantastic location near Tower Bridge. It comes with sole use of the main bathroom (not strictly an en suite). We are looking for a female tenant, to share the apartment with one other. This sublet is available from now until 1 April 2020, when our tenancy agreement ends.

The apartment:
In a secure gated complex, with 24 hr concierge who can handle deliveries. Includes access to communal gym, sauna and a duck-pond. The apartment has one carpark allocated, a juliette balcony from the living room and it is on the 2nd floor (no lift).

Local area:
Butlers wharf with bars & restaurants, the Thames and stunning Tower Bridge views are all less than 5 mins away. Maltby Street food market, gym, salon, Tesco express, Co-op, a nice pub are all a short walk away.
Bermondsey station is 8 mins walk, London Bridge 18 mins.

The flatmate:
I'm kiwi / British, late 30s. I'm tidy but not fussy, laidback within reason. I respect privacy and do my own thing, but am up for the odd glass of wine etc with housemates. I'm self-employed / study part time and gym often.

Costs:
Security deposit is £1,187.50
Rent is £875 pcm paid one month in advance i. e. the new tenant would pay 1,187.50 + 875 = 2,062.50 at the start date.
Bills not included: Gas and electricity, broadband, TV, council tax come to approx £125 per person per month.
