The Italian Building is a very special kind of home, for a community really looking out for each other and keeping life interesting in spite of the crazy times we're in right now.

It's formed of 28 studio apartments with en suites and kitchenettes for privacy when you want it, and an amazing shared living room, with kitchen, tvs, games and a sound system for when you want to be together. We have outdoor group HIIT with a PT every fortnight, home made cakes every Sunday, meditation and breathwork, movie nights and more - you have the chance to arrange your own experiences for people (if you're up for it of course!). The latest addition is 6 house bikes to book if you need them, or just need to get out. Co-working space is opening this month too!

The studio is self-contained and beautifully designed, fully furnished with bespoke storage bed, luxury Hypnos mattress, a kitchenette with Smeg appliances and designer serveware. The ensuite comes with a spacious waterfall shower. Opt in for luxury bedding and towels with weekly housekeeping if you want to treat yourself.

The living room is huge and super cosy at the same time; we have a small terrace and much larger outdoor courtyard where we hang out, eat or do yoga when the sun is shining.

Lots of natural and sustainable design features, from cork floors, seagrass wardrobes and linen headboards, all designed to align with the Wellv2 system setting the standard for human health and sustainable building.

This is an all inclusive price covering all utilities, council tax, high speed wifi and any experiences.
