My lovely flatmate has just bought a flat with her boyfriend so sadly is moving out of our flat in Bermondsey.
I am looking for a flatmate to take over her tenancy from the 18th May until the end of the contract which is the 25th September, with the opportunity to extend.

The room is a bright good-sized double bedroom with two large built in wardrobes. The room is fully furnished including double bed frame and mattress, chest of drawers and bedside table. There is additional storage space underneath the bed.
There is a separate bathroom which is for your sole use (my bedroom has an ensuite). The bathroom includes a shower over bath, sink, toilet and tiled flooring.
The shared space includes a large living / dining room with a table and 4 chairs, sofa and a cabinet for further storage. There is an alcove opening to the kitchen, which includes electric oven, washing machine and all the other appliances you would expect. There are wooden floors throughout.

The flat is on the 3rd floor with stairs and lift for access. The building has swipecard access on the ground floor. There is also a gated swipecard access car park at the back of the building which is useful for moving in day. The flat has a parking space that my car currently resides in but happy to share it if you have a car/if you have guests visiting.

I am an A+E Doctor working in London. I enjoy travel, hiking and music. I am looking for a housemate who is respectful of the shared spaces, is independent but would like to enjoy a glass of wine together every now and again.

I don't work from home, so the living space could provide a working from home environment for you if required.

Water is included in the rent (£866 PCM)
The rest of the bills including electric, broadband and council tax come to £92 PCM
