Looking for chilled, balanced, clean and respectful person to share my place.

THE ROOM
This is a 1 bedroom apartment that we would share (You have the bedroom and I live in the living room), that's why the price is very low.

I live and work from the place, so I'm always working in my computer, sometimes I need to make videos and sometimes I have clients coming, so I really need your respect about it.

I'm very quiet, clean and respectful and I hope the same.

I like good conversation and will happily enjoy any program, but mostly I am a quiet, peaceful person and focused in my work. Who enjoys time alone to recharge.

This isn't a party house, so if you like to drink very often and have frequent visitors this may not be the place for you.

The large room includes a drawer, and a bedside table. The comfy double bed (with high quality mattress). The room also has blackout blinds. And offers a small wardrobe.

LOCATION
We're in Zone 1 and so it's very easy to get in and out of the city:
- Bus stop in front with links into Central London
- 10min cycle or 12min bus to Elephant and Castle Station
- 5min cycle or 11min walk to South Bermondsey Station
- 14min cycle or 24min bus to London Bridge station

The closest big supermarket is a 10min walk, plus there are other supermarkets each around 8-15mins walking distance from the property.

PARKING
There's a car park in front of the 2 floors building.

WORKING FROM HOME
The bedroom isn’t suitable for WFH, so I can’t accept applicants who’ll need to do so.

PEOPLE
It's just me, I don't mind your age or anything just if you are clean and respectful. I am not.. but this household is LGBQT+ friendly (Male/Female).

HOME
Everything is kept neat and tidy. It's a very 'liveable' space for 2 and so there's flexibility for stuff to be left around from time to time inside the room, however this home may not be suitable for you if you're very messy or don't like to take care of your environment.

Moving date at any time, but preference for after 20 of November.
