Looking for a new housemate to fill the available double bedroom with ensuite in this 3 bed house in the centre of Bermondsey.

About the House:
The house is 3 story terraced with the living room and kitchen on the ground floor with private courtyard and bedrooms on the first and second. The available large double bedroom is located on the second floor and has it's own ensuite with bath and separate shower. The room also has plenty of storage and a large sliding window that gives the room plenty of natural light.

About the Area:
The house is in a gated community with an allocated parking space. It is located a 10min walk away from Bermondsey station which has the jubilee line so getting into the center of London takes 30mins. It is also close to Surrey Quays and Canada Water so is well connected.

Southwark park is a 10min walk away and is perfect for running, walking or playing tennis. It is also a 15min walk away from Bermondsey Street and the London Bridge area which has a lot of really nice restuarants, bars and shops.

You would be sharing with Emma who is a midwife and Oli who is a management consultant. They're both very friendly and enjoy cooking together, going for runs and chilling at home with a film.
