Hi there!
We are looking to sublet a double room with private bathroom in a modern 2 bed 2 bath flat that overlooks the Shard and the London Skyline.

The apartment: Fully furnished and equipped with TV (with fire stick), Microwave, Washing Machine, Dryer, Dishwasher, Heating, Hob, and Refrigerator. You will have a private room and bathroom and share the living room, kitchen and balcony with us. The room has a wardrobe (in place of the desk you see in the picture), under bed storage and the flat has a small store room for luggage. The building has a secure fob access. Bills are around £150 per person., including Electricity, Water, Council tax and Wifi.

Location and neighborhood: The building is located next to a serene garden and a local favorite Italian restaurant. The location is central (SE1) and 15 mins walk to Tower Bridge and London Bridge. In terms of connectivity, there is a bus stop right under the building with a direct bus to Waterloo, Covent Garden, Soho, West End, Camden, and another direct one to Liverpool Street and Shoreditch. Borough Market is a 20 min walk and London Bridge and Bermondsey underground stations are 10-15 mins walk. There is also a Sainsbury 2 mins away.

The flatmates: We are a couple, living in the en-suite room. We’re both master’s graduates from the LSE and working in consulting in Central London. We are ultraa tidy and respectful about personal spaces, but equally always down for a nice chat, exploring markets and activities around London, and trying out amazing food!
